Hi,
I plan to look at cytokine mRNA expression in lymphocytes isolated
from peripheral blood after culture with a non-specific mitogen. I am
unable to do the culture work now, and I plan to extract the lymphocytes
from whole blood and store the cells under liquid N2 in DMSO until I am
ready to culture the cells
I know that DMSO is toxic to cells and I am wondering if anyone knows to
what extent DMSO will affect the immunologic response of my lymphocyte
samples.
