We recently used a murine TNF-a kit from R&D Systems and had very good
results. The kit was easy to use and gave a very precise standard curve
(r^2 = 0.99). The kit was relatively inexpensive; it sells for $525 and has
2 full plates (196 wells), as compared to most other kits (around $450 for
96 wells).

R&D has a web page at http://www.rndsystems.com/, or you can call at
612-379-2956 or 1-800-343-7475.

Hope this helps,
