I remember when I did my degree approx. 5 years ago that there was some debate
as to whether antigen presentation and activation of T-cells involved one or
two receptors. e.g.
One antigen presentation receptor and one MHC receptor or
A combined MHC and antigen receptor.
What is the current thinking on this subject ?
