WEHI has a database of T cell peptides (actually, I think there are 3
databases: all described T cell peptides; consensus epitopes; and
references). You can get it by ftp or web from somewhere in
wehi.edu.au.
If you have a specific MHC in mind, you can look up the consensus sequence
for it.
