I'm looking for some software or 'net resources that can be used to
predict human T-cell epitope sequences from peptides or proteins.
There is a site at Brown University
(http://www.brown.edu/Research/TB-HIV_lab/EpiRequisition.html) which
will do the search for you when they have time. My understanding is
that they are still building their site/software. Are ther any other
sites or available software packages?
