rare mRNA species

         Dear colleague,

  I am now trying to construct normalized cDNA library of human 
 Tcell line,Jurkat cell. I am seeking a rare mRNA species as a
 marker to know the extent of concentration.I would bevery 
 grateful if anyone inform a rare mRNA species in human Tcell.
