Using the Pharmasia RPAS system, I would like to obtain an as broad
library of VL and VH-genes as possible. However I want to use other
primers than the ones provided by Pharmasia, to be sure to pick up
genes from all subclasses. Do anyone have a reference to a primer-set
covering most genes ? Or is it still G. Winters primer set that is
still being used ? (Nature 352, 624-8, 1991)
