I have two unrelated questions:
1. Where do people suggest buying anti-CD4 and anti-CD8 antibodies
suitable for injection into mice for in vovo cell depletions. Obviously
large quantities are needed...do people usually make their own?
2. When using poly dI:dC for treating mice to enhance NK cell activity,
what is a good dose to use? Does it work in all strains of mice? Should
it be sheared to get smaller bits before injecting, or will this affectr
its activity?
