I am hoping that someone out there can give me some advice for
determining the coating efficiency of an ELISA plate. Since I am doing
comparative analyses between three collagen types, it is important to
know if the same quantity of each type has actually bound to the wells.
It would be particularly helpful if the method was not radioactive.
I have tried to replicate Sorensen & Brodbeck (1986) Assessment of
coating-efficiency in ELISA plates by direct protein determination.
J.Immunological Methods, 95: p.291, but have not had any success
detecting the coated protein.
Thank you very much for your help,
