I am looking at apoptosis in infected macrophages, this is an 'in vitro' study. The problem is this : How do I remove them from the culture vessel without losing the cell surfaces markers? I will require to know the cell type of the apoptotic cells. Best b-butler at nimr.mrc.ac.uk
