Have you tried an albumin blocker when you coat your wells? Also, you
mentioned that your serum suppliers may have antibodies to mouse serum. I
am a Med Tech and we use a Hepatitis Test made with mouse antibodies. We
have found a significant number of people who show up as positive on this
test but do not confirm. This is due to the patients having antibodies to
mouse.
