Hi immunologists,
I use immunocytochemistry in electron microscopu to detect nucleocapsid
viral proteins. With my antibodies I detect an intracellular signal but
nothing inside the virus. I work on cryoultramicrotomy sections, normaly
high sensitive technique.
If you have had these kinds of problems and resolved them, I 'll very
happy to know your solutions.
