First, thanks to all those who replied to my ConA/Ab binding question.
Views differed somewhat but the most convincing work seemed to suggest
that one can expect about 5% of an IgG sample to bind to ConA. I'll let
you know if the reality is somewhat different in our hands.
Another question -
I would like to know the best way to assay phagosome / lysosome fusion in
phagocytes such as macrophages. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
