The reference that Ian has supplied to you is OK...except that they
reference an abstract for most of the methodology! Look up the Inaba and
Steinman references within this manuscript for a more complete
methodology. Bone marrow derived DC also require patience, but you
should get higher yields of INITIALLY immature (therefore good antigen
processing) DC. Watch out though, the media conditions are expensive!
