I am planning to vaccinate mice with a small (9-mer) peptide. I would
like to use a Multiple Antigen Peptide (MAP) consisting of multimers of
this 9-mer. I am hoping to induce a strong humoral response (actually a
cross-reactive "mimetope" autoimmune response). Does anyone have advice on
MAP vaccination protocols, schedules, adjuvants, etc.?
