The conference will be held on November 24-25, 1996 in
St.Petersburg
city hospital N26 /Russia, St.Petersburg, Kostyushko street, 2/.
ITEMS:
- modern problems of thoracic surgery (surgery of esophagus, lungs,
trachea and bronchi, mediastinum, diaphragm);
- diagnostic methods in modern oncology;
- radical and superradical, simultaneous and combined surgery in
malignancies;
- modern methods of immunotherapy in cancer and other malignancies.
THE LANGUAGE of the Conference is Russian but we garantee
simultaneous
interpretation into English for foreign guests.
THE EXHIBITION of modern medical equipment and drugs being
produced
by foreign and domestic companies is to be held.
All the materials accepted to the conference will be PUBLISHED
by
its beginning. We will accept for publication all theses regarding
items
mentioned above, but no more than 2 pages of typed or computed text
/2 intervals/, in English. Theses should be sent to the organizors
of
the conference up to October 1, 1996. Theses may be e-mailed /see
address
below/ as a text file /MICROSOFT WORD FOR WINDOWS format
preferable/.
THE PARTICIPATION FEE makes up 100$ /USD/, and it would be more
convenient if the participants would pay on their arrival directly
to the
Organizing Commettee. Persons willing to pay through bank accounts
are advised to e-mail "Send bank requisit" to thorax at infopro.spb.su,
and
all the data necessary will be e-mailed in return.
STAYING in St.Petersburg city hotels will be presented to the
participants of the Conference by their requests. Please inform the
