Personally I would recommend Immunology Today (pub. by Elsevier and part
of the trends series).
It is a monthly journal and only has reviews, viewpoints and the like (ie
no original research stuff - you only want those in your area anyway)
Student price is about 39 pounds for a 12 month subscrition in the UK. Hope
this helps.
