Bouble-blind peer review is certainly worthwhile, since it will discourage
favoring either well-known institution or friends, and being tougher to
<unknown> authors. On the contrary, I don't understand the reason why
peer-review is not anonymous. I don't know what the name of authors add to
the paper which is analysed.
