A quick question, I hope:
Does anyone have any experience with CD4/CD8 double positives
either straight out of blood or in mixed lymphocyte culture? If so, where
does one find them (aside from the thymus), possibly the gut? Any
pointers or references would be much appreciated, I'd be happy to go find
whatever papers come to mind.
