I am looking for 2 expression vectors, one that will allow me to clone
and express a Vk gene I have with a Ck exon, and the other a VH gene with
a gamma 2a constant region. I would like to co-tranfect these and select
with different markers, one on each vector for myeloma cells that are
likely to express an intact antibody. If you have such vectors and are
