The integrins receptor play an important rol to attachment between cell to
cell (in limphoid cells) and between cell to ECM. You can read this paper:
Integrins and Signal Transduction Pathways: The road Taken (Science 268:
233-239, 1995). There are a lot of reference about integrins.
