Has anyone received good human cytokine intracellular staining for IL-5 or
IL-13. I have a nice IFNg signal but these others are nil.
I have primed in IL4 and IL12 for 4-8 days
I stimulate with PMA/ionomycin for 4-6 hours in brefeldin A
I am gating on CD4 cells
I am losing my mind......
