Has anyone else had trouble getting good results from ELISAs using newborn
plasma samples? I have been getting very high titers even on samples that
should not have any detectable titers. I have been using 3%NFDM in TBS
and Triton X-100 as the blocking agent. The only thing I can think of is
that this is a blocking problem. If you have any other suggestion as to
what might be causing this, please let me know.
