source for BALB/c Thy1.1?

I'm looking for a source for a BALB/c congenic, carrying the 
Thy1.1 allele. We'd prefer a commercial source since they'll
be housed in an spf facility and I'd rather avoid a quarantine
period but any source will do if that's not an option.
