To anyone who has ever done caclium flux analysis by flow cytometry: I need to crosslink cell surface receptors by first staining with a primary antibody, and then crosslinking with a secondary anti-antibody. If you have a protocol for this, or any ideas, please let me know! Thanks. Seb :)
