Can anyoe lend some insight as to the molecular mechanism employed by macrophage to adhere to plasitic? Similarily, how is the dendritic cell able to at first adhere, then become nonadherent (and presumably adherent again)? Any input would be greatly appreciated. jkonyer at uoguelph.ca
