Does anyone know of a good method for obtaining a lysate of an E coli
expression system that is recombinant for a viral nucleoprotein. I am
looking for something that will be gentle enough on the nucleoprotein to
dectect it on Elisa as well as a western blot. I appreciate any help you
can give.
