Hi guys!
I had hard times to detect CTL response to specific antigen with rat
(Buffalo rat; RT1b haplotype). I'm gonna use the hepatoma cell line,
but I think it isn't good idea. So is there anyone who have an
experience of CTL assay with rat lymphocyte ?
I'll appreciate any idea to solve this problem.
