NO or no NO in human peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils

Can anyone in the news group help to point out the current knowledge on 
nitric oxide production by human neutrophils and mononuclear cells.  Do 
they make NO, like rodent macrophages?  What is the best protocol to 
stimulate NO production by these human cells?  I mean inducible NO.
