I am cloning the TCRs from some of my T cell hybridomas. In short, my
strategy is to PCR amplify the entire alpha and beta chain, respectively,
from the leader sequence to the end of the C-terminal and clone them into
suitable expression vectors. My hybridomas are often using the Vbeta 15.
Howeer, I have tried to find the nucleotide sequence for the Vbeta 15
leader sequence in the databases without luck.
Therefore, do anyone have information about the leader sequence for mouse
Vbeta 15.
