We store our TMB for peroxidase reactions in the fridge in DMF (recently
swapped from DMSO) and having it in liquid form is very convenient. Can
you store PNPP for phosphatase reactions in the same way, and which
solvent would you use? I can't seem to find any mention of it in various
textbooks.
