Hello,
We want to introduce a lipid component in a in vivo murine model. Because it
is not soluble in most solvents it is a problem to administer this into mice.
Therefore we were thinking about using a carrier that we can load with our
lipid or a liposoom that can contain our lipid.
Does somebody has experience with the administration of lipids into animals ?
Or does someone has information or knows how to use liposomes in vivo ?
Can somebody please help us, we are stuck !!!
