Hello!
I am posting this querry on behalf of my wife who is doing her
residency in internal medicine at Wayne State University, Detroit.
She is planning to study "fluorescence in situ hybridisation' in
EWING'S SARCOMA and related tumors using frozen and paraffin embedded
tissues. She requires DNA COSMID PROBES, F7 AND G9 that map within 100kb
of the chromosome breakpoint of human chromosome 22 q12 or any other
probes that can hybridise somewhere in that area.
She does not have an access to a facility wherein she can grow the
bacteria and isolate the probe listed at a website rmc-www.lbl.gov.
Any help in locating ready to use probe will be ppreciated.
Please e-mail an ysuggestions to her. Her e-mail address is :
