I would like to conjugate an Antibody with Streptavidin using
Streptavidin hydrazide. I would appreciate if someone can provide a
protocol for doing this. This technique involves oxidizing the
(antibody) carbohydrate portion to produce aldehydes. These aldehydes
can be aminated by Streptavidin hydrazide.
Pierce has a protocol for nitrocellulose bound glycoproteins but not for
proteins in solutions.
