I was hoping someone could explain to me what exactly is an "isotype control"
for immunofluorescence assays?
Also, can anyone give me the story on Fc receptors? I work with both THP-1
cells (human macrophage like) and J774 (murine). Any good literature? Ideas
as to how many receptors/cell?
