Immunizing with whole protein is a very inefficient way of stimulating
CTL, even with adjuvants.  If you want OVA-specific CTL, you might want to
try a virus vector, or if you're more ambitious you can try ovalbumin
linked to polystyrene beads or ovalbumin peptides as described in some of
the papers from Ken Rock's lab.
