I have problem with background staining whem I=B4m doing=
immunohistochemistry
in rat tissue. It could be due to unspecific binding of the primary antibody
to Fc receptors on macrophages. A blocking step with normal donkey serum is
included. The background staining is not caused by endogenous enzymes.=20
Therefore, I wonder if someone know about how to block Fc receptors in rat
tissue (I am using antibodies made in mouse).
