I'm hoping to prepare a cDNA guinea pig library in order to locate and clone the B-cell antigen CD40, and I don't have much practical experience in molecular biology.I was wondering if there any commercially available kits... or if anyone could refer me to a paper with an effective protocol for this sort of work.
