Hello fellow immunologist,
I think I may be posting this email on the wrong newsgroup but I
thought of just giving it a try...
I am trying to measure the activation of plaminogen by a
specific protein with the help of tPA (tissue plasminogen activator)....
I have heard of the method where you use chromogenic substrate such as
Leu-Lys-p-nitroaniline.... But the reagent is pretty hard to obtain....
Is there a better way to measure this or I have to resolve in tracking
this particular chromogenic substrate down...????
