Please tell me what my doctor said

I have been treated for CVID common variable immune def for the past 18
years. I have been infusing gammablobulin for the past 15.

Attached to my latest labs was the note, ". . . you have a robust number
of T cells acn T cell subsets and the problem appears to be a paucity of
B cells. This is one pattern well seen in common variable."

What does this mean. I know my T cells work well -- We did some skin
tests last year and I reacted very aggesssively.

Does this tell us anything about my prognosis and treatment plan?
