Don't know, but want to tack on my renewed quest for info about
different molecular weight IL-1 fragments--e.g. 5kD, 17kD, 30kD?
If you don't know, someone knowledgeable about IL-1 knockouts might,
and might find my query here!
Different controls for different fragments? different effects?
individual differences (e.g. genetic) in proportions produced,
released? cleavage mechanisms? different parameters of induction? etc.,
etc.
