How do you solubilise an insoluble protein??

You may use DMSO or 100% Ethanol to solubilise your protein. You should
make a very high concentration e.g. 100X of your effective dosage for
applying into culture then the toxic effect of the solvent may be
minimised. Ultrasound may help your too.
