	I believe that Lou Alarcon's advice is the best: Ask your
doctor. Just as a very brief introduction: A set of T cells starts 
and controls the inmune response, another set stimulates macrophages
to eat pathogens, other sets do other things less important to you
at this time. B  cells are the cells that ultimately produce the
antibodies which kill pathogens by other means than eating them. 
That must be the reason why you have been given immunoglobulins (that
are antibodies formed by another person).
	To even attempt an opinion about treatment or prognosis would
take a lot more information and the best person to do that is your 
physician.
