Do anyone know if there is a human T-lymphocyte cell line that produce
cytokines (e.g. IL-2, IL-10, IFN-gamma) after stimulation with mitogenes
e.g. PHA.
I would like to use this cell line to produce an in-vitro assay, to
measure the effect of different com-pounds on the inhibition of mitogene
stimulated cytokines production.
If you know where to obtain the cell line please write that too.
