The Yellow Fever vaccine in particular is fairly nasty - I had it myself a
few years back before going to the Pantanal - and will induce the symptoms
you describe.  (It's a lot better than getting Yellow Fever, though which
has a very high mortality in those exposed as adults, and is *very* common
in endemic areas).  However, the symptoms don't normally persist more than
a week (and usually only 1-3 days).  I'd really go and see your Doctor.  If
you are still ambulatory after 13 days, I wouldn't worry about getting
really sick, but he should be able prescribe something to reduce the
symptoms (if indeed they haven't subsided by the time you read this) so
that you can enjoy your holiday.
