I'm trying to find a written/published procedure for producing an protein
standard. Currently I've been using a BioRad assay with BSA and varying
dilutions of the sample protein of interest. I would appreciate any
information that would lead me to a published standard procedure (and perhaps
standardized dilutions). Thanks
