I am pursuing my research in Immunology.We do in vitro activation of NK
cell by tumor antigen.I do coculture of splenocytes with tumor antigen
and next day we check the activation NK cell by cytotoxicity assay.I
would like to know that can we expect any interleukine in the cultured
media.If possible let me know that which tecnique will be better for
assaying the cytokine profile.we worked in rat system.WE have secondary
antibody against rat IgG raised in goat.Please let me know detail of
that assay system.I shall be very grateful to you if you kindly suggest
