hi, i want to stimulate my human CD3 cells using anti-CD3mAb-- 5ug/ml. I also want to add IL-12p70(5ug at 23.4ug/ml , IL-4(5 ug at 172ug/ml, and both in(3 concentrations, from .5-1000U/ml) triplicate. Anyone have a protocol? Take the x out of my email to respond.
