I'm having trouble using western-blotting to find an anti-body in a patient
serum. The antibody appeared in an immunohistochemistry on rat brain but did
not show up in western blot when screened against cortex and purkinjie
proteins. The gel was standard SDS-Page, has anyone had similar problems and
does anyone have any suggestions or protocols that may work? (possibly
non-denaturing non- reducing). Or does anyone have any other suggestions.
