I am about to try and transfer imunity from mice which show tumour
immunity to new animals. I am planning to do this by isolating
spleenocytes then giving IP injections. At present I am unsure of the
number of cells I should transfer to new mice and how long I should wait
before rechallenging to stand a chance of generating immunity. If anyone
has any advice to offer I'd be most grateful!
